It was just a perfect match for a little getaway in Puerto de la Cruz with best value. The heat in the room was horrendous, making it hard to get any sleep. Make sure to check if your room has a balcony to avoid the noise from the street below.

The excessive noise levels from nearby bars made it hard to relax at night!!! Inconsistent housekeeping standards left much to be desired, such as an empty soap dispenser that took too long to refill!!!

The pool was supposed to be warm enough for swimming, but it was absolutely freezing. I even expect the staff to have taken care of my comfort, yet no welcome gift! my room smelled like an old people's home upon arrival. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. what a letdown!

excellent experience but noise can be an issue
The rooftop pool provided a stunning view, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day out. The location is perfect for a leisurely stroll, with vibrant bars and restaurants just around the corner. Our room had an incredible sea view, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day.
The noise from nearby bars could sometimes be disruptive at night.

The room was spacious and comfort-wise, it really stood out. Clean and well-kept, it had a lovely little balcony that provided beautiful views of the square and sea. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals, which was a big plus. I loved relaxing on the balcony, listening to live music from the nearby restaurant. Minor downside was having to ask for a kettle, but it was provided quickly. my stay was quite enjoyable!
